Movie – **** Men in Black: International (2019)
Smart science fiction comedy that entertained while delivering much the same fare as prior MIBs. Tessa Thompson was great as the first (Woman in Black). Family fun.

Wonderful adult comedy with Theron and Seth Rogen as unlikely romantic leads. Both fish-out-of-water make the movie work on many levels. And the theme of the need for integrity in all things political couldn’t be more timely or germane for the audience.
Fun but predictable live-action remake. Will Smith gets all the kudos while the musical numbers, other than his, are flat. Will’s genie was worth the ticket price.
Stephen King masterpiece centered on all those servicing and sitting in the electric chair with fantasy and supernatural elements sprinkled on top to make the terrifying dish palatable.
Charles Stross’s sci.fi. that skips to the far future after the singularity. Not about the singularity at all, but about technological shock waves and people’s inability to imagine consequences they’re unfamiliar with.
